This role involves providing expert commercial guidance to customers within the portfolio, as well as prospects and leads, to drive effective sales.
- Compliance with Weekly Sales Report (WSR) management indicators, following a structured methodology is essential.
- Developing the assigned customer portfolio in a timely manner, adhering to service agreements, is crucial.
- Preparing and submitting quotes using approved tools and price lists ensures accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaboration with the Customer Service team is vital for efficiently handling high volumes of requests and follow-ups.
- Working closely with the Commercial team is necessary to achieve regional sales targets and identify potential customers for development by Key Account Managers.
- Achieving annual budget targets in net sales and gross profit drives business growth.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities expands the customer base and increases revenue potential.
- Providing strategic insights into market trends and customers' needs optimizes sales strategies and improves overall performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- High level of self-initiative and result-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to execute projects in a structured and successful manner.
- Flexible and enthusiastic about interdisciplinary and intercultural teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good written and spoken English and Spanish proficiency.
- High level of Excel and Power BI expertise.
