System Automation Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will play a vital part in driving growth by leveraging data.
- You will be responsible for designing and building repeatable systems that deliver more with less, turning common workflows into scalable, reusable templates.
- A key aspect of this role is integrating third-party platforms through REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth connections.
- You will also be tasked with embedding AI capabilities to add intelligence, summarization, and autonomous decision-making using OpenAI/ChatGPT and other Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.
- In addition, you will consult and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, demo solutions, and transfer knowledge.
- You will operate, monitor, and improve existing automations by debugging failures, refining prompts, and optimizing performance and cost.
- To ensure efficiency, you will document best practices and build a template library for the team to use.
