Health and Safety Solutions Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in empowering our customers to drive meaningful change by effectively implementing and configuring solutions tailored to their Health and Safety Business Objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
- Facilitate customer and internal project team relationships, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project.
- Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops with customer project teams to gather requirements and review configurations, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Offer innovative solutions when faced with challenges or scope adjustments, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and project goals.
- Minimum 5 years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions.
- Hands-on experience with software and integration configuration, including coding (e.g., XML/HTML) to format structure and layout of SaaS software.
- Strong understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery organization targets.
