Commercial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Intelligence Specialist to lead analytics and data science initiatives that drive commercial insights. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of advanced statistical models and machine learning solutions that optimize sales performance and inform business strategy decisions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in statistical programming, machine learning techniques, and business intelligence platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions for sales forecasting, pipeline optimization, and customer behavior analysis
  • Building automated data pipelines and reporting systems using Python, R, SQL, and business intelligence tools
  • Leading data science projects, including customer segmentation, pricing analytics, and churn prediction, to support commercial strategy decisions

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field
  • 5-7 years of experience in data science, business analytics, or commercial analysis roles with increasing responsibilities
  • Proven experience managing small teams or leading analytical projects with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in statistical programming (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning techniques for business applications
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Databricks) and data visualization best practices
