We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Configuration Specialist.


About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working under the guidance of an experienced Lead Consultant to implement and configure digital software solutions that meet defined requirements.

You will be responsible for translating business and functional specifications into system configuration and setup steps, creating and maintaining configuration guides, technical documentation, and internal process notes, conducting system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during solution deployment, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure solution accuracy and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure digital software products to meet defined requirements
  • Translate business and functional specifications into system configuration and setup steps
  • Create and maintain configuration guides, technical documentation, and internal process notes
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during solution deployment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution accuracy and consistency

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting work clearly
  • Familiarity with software configuration and implementation lifecycle
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with MS Access and data analysis techniques
  • Experience with food industries
