Senior Capital Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee capital projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high degree of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer project goals and objectives.
  • Manage projects to approved goals, timelines, and budgets; manage contractors to the terms of agreement.
  • Develop and schedule project work plans in accordance with specifications, objectives, and funding limitations, while overseeing daily operations.
  • Coordinate project activities through delegation of assignments to project team members and contractors.
  • Manage assembly and onboarding of project team, including partners for whom the capital project is being carried out, as well as contractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of related work experience.
  • 12 years of related work experience may be substituted in lieu of educational qualifications.
  • Experience in academic and/or health care capital project management strongly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certified.
  • 30-hour OSHA certified.
