We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill tenure-track positions in finance at the Associate Professor level. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, advising and mentoring students, and driving an innovative curriculum.
Candidates should have completed their doctoral degree from an AACSB-accredited institution by Fall 2025 prior to joining the faculty at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels. A strong academic background and a demonstrated ability to publish in high-quality journals in their respective fields are also required.
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates but are particularly interested in applicants who have demonstrated interest in researching and teaching in various areas of finance and real estate.
The ideal candidate will have core competencies in research productivity, teaching, and service. They should have appropriate teaching experience at the college level and demonstrate ability to conduct research through the publication of books, monographs, journal articles, or other scholarly work.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completion of a Ph.D. from an AACSB-accredited business school with a record of scholarly and professional achievement in the areas of finance
- Ability to undertake quality research leading to publications in recognized academic journals, collaborate on research projects, and attract external research grants
- Demonstrated excellence and innovation in quality teaching
- Service including faculty committees, and student advising, among others
