Job Description:

The Academic Affairs Leader plays a vital role in shaping the academic landscape of the institution. This position oversees key aspects of academic affairs, including faculty development and evaluation, curriculum planning, course scheduling, and student academic and support services.

This leadership role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior administrators, faculty members, and students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Oversee faculty development and evaluation processes
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with institutional goals
  • Schedule courses and manage academic calendars
  • Provide student academic and support services
  • Represent the institution in university committees and campus-wide initiatives
  • Work closely with senior administrators on academic policies and procedures
