Data Engineering Leader

A seasoned data professional with a strong background in developing and maintaining large-scale data integration solutions is required to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL, SSIS packages, and data analysis techniques necessary to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain complex SQL code and SSIS packages.
- Analyze large datasets and solve new and existing business issues.
- Review query performance and optimize code for maximum efficiency.
- Provide production-level support and troubleshooting services.
- Document all processes and create detailed technical guides.
- Lead a team of data professionals and organize priorities according to client needs.
- 10+ years of experience in delivering ETL solutions using the Microsoft BI stack.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Well-versed in ANSI-SQL and T-SQL, with experience in MS SQL Server and DB2.
- Working knowledge of Azure Analytics Services or AWS Cloud Analytics Solutions is a plus.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
