Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with 3-5 years in technical leadership
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex architectures for distributed systems
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containerization, and data storage
  • Ability to influence and drive architectural decisions that align with business goals

As a Senior Technical Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Technical leadership: Serving as the primary technical authority on the team
  • Architectural ownership: Designing, implementing, and optimizing core system architecture
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partnering with senior leaders to align technical initiatives with product and business goals
