The role of Field Service Technician is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our equipment across various locations in Brazil.

We seek a skilled professional to join our team in Curitiba or another city with easy access to an airport. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields, along with professional certifications in the technical area and at least 3 years of experience in similar roles working with industrial or packaging machinery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation and commissioning of Multivac equipment at client facilities
  • Diagnostics, repairs, and preventive/corrective maintenance
  • Technical training for operators and production teams
  • Preparation of technical reports and post-service follow-up
  • Coordination with commercial and technical support teams to ensure efficient service delivery

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Technical English proficiency for reading manuals and documentation
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools and systems
  • A proactive profile, customer-oriented, autonomous, and strong problem-solving skills in the field
