We are seeking a seasoned AI professional to lead our team in shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

Job Description
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and participate in high-level discussions to shape compelling AI strategies;
  • Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions;
  • Design and lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents) and Predictive AI (e.g., forecasting, classification, clustering);
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand where AI fits in their product or data journey;
  • Contribute to proposal development, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions in complex business settings;
  • Demonstrated consulting experience (e.g., client-facing, pre-sales support, fractional CTO work, or agency consulting);
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, open-source LLMs, vector databases, LangChain/RAG architectures);
  • Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines, using tools like scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet, etc.;
  • Strong communication skills: able to present to executives and business users, explain technical concepts, and tell compelling data stories;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
