The role of Executive Finance Leader is pivotal in guiding the strategic direction of an organization, overseeing its financial health, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position encompasses comprehensive oversight of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Financial Operations Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and short-/long-term planning.
- Cash Flow & Reporting: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability.
- Tax & Mergers: Lead tax strategy and compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Education: Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in finance leadership roles.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
