Product Lead - Software Development

A Product Lead for software development leads the product from conception to delivery. This involves gathering requirements, leading discussions with stakeholders, and demonstrating strong leadership skills.

The successful candidate will bridge business and technical worlds well, articulating opportunities and solutions. They will work with engineers to balance product velocity and technical debt tradeoffs, requiring technical confidence and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive projects from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product teams, engineers, and business teams.
  • Understand user needs and priorities through in-person conversations.
  • Develop and execute product strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with data and BI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
