Lead Product Executive • Global Health Transformation

Design and deliver impactful product experiences that align with clinical protocols, ensuring participant engagement and operational success.

The ideal candidate will bridge scientific rigor and user behavior, customizing features to support data collection, adherence, and study outcomes.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end product execution for clinical studies, translating study protocols into engaging product experiences, and collaborating closely with clinical researchers and stakeholders.

Candidates should possess strong project management skills, experience working with complex projects, and a proven ability to deliver user-facing features with measurable outcomes.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, as is experience in early-stage startups or health-tech environments.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, ideally in digital health, clinical research, or healthcare technology
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from scoping to execution
  • Demonstrated experience delivering user-facing features or workflows with measurable outcomes
  • Clinical study understanding and experience working with or supporting clinical operations
  • Strong communication skills in English and experience working directly with clinical researchers, external partners, and internal stakeholders
