Strategic Contracts Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Contracts Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of tenders and commercial contracts across our Latin America South region.

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia to ensure excellence in execution, process consistency, and alignment with Commercial Excellence objectives.
  • Provide strategic and technical leadership in managing tenders and contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, efficient governance, and maximized commercial outcomes.
  • Act as the primary contact for institutional public and private clients, providing contractual clarifications, aligning expectations, and leading renegotiations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Business, or related fields (mandatory).
  • Postgraduate education in Contracts, Public Management, Compliance, or Business is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in tenders and managing commercial contracts.

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of public and private tender processes, from bid analysis through to submission and contract signing.
