Operations Manager - Data Insights and Team Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all teams run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal position within our company, involving the management of data insights, team leadership, and stakeholder relationships. As an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business success by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team performance and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain statistical reports and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial and operational data to optimize business performance
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the eCommerce or SaaS industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analytics tools
