Cloud Solution Architect Role

The role involves leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models for communication service providers and enterprise customers. As a key member of our Cloud and Network Services team, you will create value by driving effective end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices.
  • Capture critical inputs from stakeholders and translate them into effective requirements and solutions.
  • Design and specify effective end-to-end solutions through high-level architecture design.
  • Apply solution architecture standards processes and principles to maintain a solution's integrity over time.
  • Develop the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions within solution and professional areas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in Telecom Engineering or IT.
  • At least 8 years of work experience in Telecoms industry performing Product or Domain System Engineering or Architecture Design, System/Solution Engineering, Low Level Design Engineer, or Lead System Integration.
  • Technical expertise in one or more domains: Cloud, Business Support Systems/Operations Support Systems, Digital Care, Customer Experience, Big Data Analytics, Security, third parties involved and associated Services.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and multiple integration points.
