Business Development Manager Opportunity

The Senior Business Coach is a critical role within the Logistics team, responsible for empowering Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to build and grow thriving last mile package delivery businesses.

As a trusted advisor, the Senior BC will work closely with DSP owners to support business planning and strategy, address operational challenges, and drive financial growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading launches, ramp-ups, and seasonal fluctuations in businesses to meet customer demand
  • Giving guidance on managing financial and operational issues, building scalable processes, and navigating program changes
  • Facilitating regular business reviews to discuss performance and new opportunities
  • Driving continued DSP engagement with the program
  • Identifying program inefficiencies and implementing improvements at the network level

Requirements:

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence or Tableau
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced graduate degree
  • International Coach Federation Credentialed (ACC/PCC/MCC)
  • Last Mile, Operations, and/or small parcel packaging experience
  • Experience working with or owning a small business
