Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to drive our human capital strategy in Latin America.
This pivotal role collaborates closely with departments to overcome challenges, facilitate change, and provide expert guidance on HR matters.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for strategic advice and operational needs for our team members based in LATAM. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic partnership with designated departments across the employee lifecycle.
- Investigating and resolving tier 1 team member relations issues while ensuring fairness and productivity in compliance with company policies and employment law.
- Coaching leaders on performance management, including feedback practices, accountability measures, and development conversations.
- Supporting job design, organizational planning, and future staffing needs.
- Collaboration with internal centers of excellence to execute programs and align with the human capital strategic plan.
- Analyzing data and KPIs to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.
- Championing company culture through engagement initiatives, events, recognition efforts, and inclusive workplace programs.
- Leading change management efforts, focusing on communication and team member experience.
- Contributing to enterprise initiatives, including policy development, system upgrades, or organizational assessments.
Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR-related experience.
- At least one year of supervisory/management experience.
Essential Competencies & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Brazilian employment laws.
- Influencing and coaching leaders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
