Senior Technology Investments Specialist

As a highly motivated professional, you will play a key role in driving strategic investments in Brazil and Latin America. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in capital markets, investment banking, M&A, private equity/venture capital, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal Origination and Execution: Collaborate with senior team members to source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities, focusing on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, with a focus on tech-driven businesses.
- Portfolio Support: Work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Market Research and Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with colleagues in São Paulo and international offices on transactions and strategic projects.
- 4+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets.
- Strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
