Job Overview

The Senior Data Strategist will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging data insights to inform operational and strategic decision-making. This individual will analyze, prepare, and process data from various sources, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create valuable information, validate and test data for accuracy, and communicate complex findings clearly to influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations or customer support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience with data entry and account updates in JDEdwards and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
