Network Solutions Engineer

ZTE-DO-BRASIL is seeking a highly skilled Network Solutions Engineer to join our team in São Paulo. This role will focus on the implementation and support of IP/MPLS/IPRAN solutions in telecom and service provider projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize IP/MPLS/IPRAN solutions for service provider environments.
  • Serve as a technical focal point in customer engagements, building trusted relationships and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
  • Provide executive-level technical support and escalation management, resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align technical strategies with business objectives.
  • Review and validate technical documentation, diagrams, and reports prepared by the team.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption.
  • Represent the company in strategic discussions with clients and vendors.
  • Manage resource planning, project priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Occasionally travel for on-site support, customer meetings, and executive follow-ups.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Networking, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience with IP networks, including deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, LDP, Segment Routing).
  • Solid understanding of IPRAN architecture, transport networks, and last-mile aggregation.
  • Familiarity with major vendors' equipment (ZTE, Huawei, Nokia, Cisco, Juniper).
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, managing technical discussions and handling executive stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, working in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Availability for occasional travel and on-call executive support.
