We are a traditional family business with over 130 years of experience in the food industry. Our company has over 3,000 colleagues who strive every day to produce high-quality cheese, dairy products, cream, tapas, and milk powder for the Netherlands and the world. Key Responsibilities
- Technology Development and Implementation
- Project Management
- Leadership and Supervision
- Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Regulatory Compliance
- Analysis and Reporting
Requirements
- Degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, food technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry, preferably with experience in mozzarella or dairy product production
- Advanced knowledge of production technologies and process development in the food industry
- Experience in managing and leading technical teams
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
- Ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex technological projects
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
- Experience in process automation and quality standards in the dairy industry
