Job Title: Technology Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Technology Manager to lead our research and development efforts, driving continuous improvement projects and implementing new technologies and production methods. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, biology, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development of new technologies and production methods.
• Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee technological projects from conception to implementation.
• Supervise and support the technology and development team.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality departments to integrate new technologies and processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct performance analysis and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, food technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry.
• Advanced knowledge of production technologies and process development.
• Experience in managing and leading technical teams.
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex technological projects.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in process automation and quality standards in the dairy industry.
