Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our research, development, and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects, implementing new technologies and production methods, and evaluating daily performance across various stages of the production process.

Requirements

• Degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, food technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry, preferably with experience in mozzarella or dairy product production
• Advanced knowledge of production technologies and process development in the food industry
• Experience in managing and leading technical teams
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex technological projects
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
• Experience in process automation and quality standards in the dairy industry
