We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance software applications across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software needs and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Work hands-on with Siemens Polarion ALM for requirements management, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Apply modern development standards to architect scalable, testable, and secure systems.
  • Contribute to solution modeling, system interface definitions, and deployment planning.
  • Participate in test reviews, analysis, and certification processes for production-ready software.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience (.NET, Java, or equivalent).
  • Strong working knowledge of Polarion ALM (template configuration, dashboards, traceability).
  • Understanding of ALM–PLM integration, system architectures, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, messaging (JMS/SOAP), and agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and containerization (Docker/Fargate).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windchill PLM, Oracle, and enterprise integration tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like IEC 61508 or CMMC.
  • Exposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices-based design.
