  1. Creator Management: Establish relationships with creators on YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms, understanding their pain points and interests to build effective communication channels.
  2. User Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, including incentive mechanisms and offline activities.
  3. Collaborating with Creators: Work closely with creator institutions to resolve content creation issues and explore new opportunities for growth.
  4. Event Organization: Organize user offline events and create connections between overseas creators and local event organizers to expand high-quality content offerings.

In this role, you'll have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze complex problems, and execute plans with precision. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required, making it an ideal position for those who enjoy communication and collaboration.
