Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled YouTube and podcast marketing manager to drive audience growth through strategic content development and digital marketing.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end guest pipeline strategies, including outreach, scheduling, and communication. They will also create and implement YouTube video strategies that prioritize SEO, thumbnails, retention, and engagement.

In addition, this person will manage social media campaigns to promote content across platforms, creating branded assets in Canva or Photoshop for video, podcast, and social channels.

They will write and distribute weekly newsletters to engage and grow our subscriber base. This role requires strong analytical skills, as the candidate will monitor performance metrics and audience feedback, making necessary adjustments to the content strategy accordingly.

Lastly, they will manage HubSpot CRM data and reporting tied to campaign performance.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, podcast growth, or digital media
  • Experience optimizing content for YouTube and podcast discoverability
  • Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Strong writing skills and a strategic, analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working independently across projects in a remote team
