We are seeking a talented Digital Advertising Sales Specialist to join our team. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for growing and scaling domestic revenues through strategic partnerships with large advertisers and their ad agencies in Brazil.

As a consultative partner to assigned brands or clients, you will sell a broad range of advertising solutions that meet their business goals. You will also use your cold-calling, networking, and prospecting skills to identify, develop, and manage new accounts or brands that complement our existing roster and help you reach your personal revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic cold calling and targeted prospecting
  • Develop and execute a systematic approach to lead generation and client acquisition
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and compelling pitches
  • Balance high-volume outreach with targeted, high-value client engagement
  • Demonstrate resilience and discipline in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Convert initial contacts into qualified sales opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful cold calling and business development
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain high performance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to succeed

**Benefits and Requirements:**

You must have fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken. A Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies is also required. Previous experience working closely with brands and agencies, as well as data analysis and problem-solving skills, are highly valued.
