**Job Opportunity for a Digital Advertising Specialist**

Role Description:

We're seeking an experienced digital advertising specialist to join our team. As a key member of the digital marketing group, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic advertising campaigns on Google and YouTube.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale search engine and YouTube ad campaigns to achieve strong performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted campaign strategies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance data to inform future advertising decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in paid advertising, specifically with Google Ads and YouTube, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. At least 5 years of experience running paid Google and/or YouTube campaigns.
  2. Proven experience managing a minimum of $1 million dollars of ad spend in Google and YouTube.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
