Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Process Expert

About the Role:
Wipro Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative - Process Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by effectively resolving client issues in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with process SLAs, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve client queries efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and knowledge of assigned processes, tools, and systems.
• Provide product support and resolution to clients through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting, while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
• Maintain logs and records of all customer queries, accurately processing and recording incoming calls and emails using designated tracking software.
• Offer alternative solutions to clients where appropriate, with the objective of retaining customers' and clients' business.
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract/SLAs.
• Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client.
• Stay current with product features, changes, and updates through product trainings and self-learning opportunities.

• Strong understanding of process knowledge, including quality standards, tools, and systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on execution excellence and client-centricity.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
