\The successful candidate will work closely with the Panel Manager to deliver the M3 panel's strategic marketing goals for key regions, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all communications.
\Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing marketing strategies to recruit and retain panel members\
- Working closely with the corporate marketing department to ensure consistency in branding and messaging\
- Evaluating and analyzing live campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation\
- Collaborating with social media and paid advertising channel initiatives for panel recruitment\
- Providing high-quality customer support to panel members\
- Championing quality in the panel, ensuring processes for verification and validation of panellists are executed using appropriate tools and protocols\
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on panel activity and performance\
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress and plan future activities\\/ul\[
Requirements:
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
