Job Title: Community Growth Director

Role Overview

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and empower individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STIs, and other infectious diseases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual and long-range development strategies to foster a culture of philanthropy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors through prospect research, gift processing, and regular reporting.
  • Oversee the management of budgets and maintain accurate records within the donor database.
  • Promote the organization's mission and work through collaborative outreach activities with various departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of direct experience in related work or a minimum of 9 years of direct experience in a similar field.
  • Proven expertise in setting organizational revenue and expense budgets, creating fundraising plans, and developing strategic plans.

Key Requirements: This position requires a strong understanding of community engagement, resource development, and project management.
