We're looking for a visionary Paid Growth Director to lead our digital acquisition strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can scale revenue efficiently while building systems, teams, and insights that last.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Owning campaign performance across multiple direct-to-consumer brands and markets
  • Working directly with creative, CRO, and product teams to build high-converting customer journeys
  • Overseeing media buying, budget allocation, forecasting, and return on ad spend optimisation
  • Testing and implementing new targeting strategies, ad formats, and funnel structures
  • Building and mentoring a team of media buyers and performance analysts
  • Reporting directly to executive leadership on paid growth key performance indicators and learnings

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years in paid media, with proven success scaling direct-to-consumer brands via Facebook & Google
  • Strong command of customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, lifetime value, blended marginal efficiency rate, and attribution models
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and ideally post-purchase analytics tools
  • Strong leadership skills — with the ability to zoom in on the numbers and zoom out on strategy
  • Bonus: Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Northbeam, or similar direct-to-consumer stack
