
Paid Media Strategist

We are seeking a high-achieving Director of Paid Growth to spearhead our digital acquisition strategy across multiple platforms. This is an ideal role for a seasoned leader with expertise in scaling revenue efficiently while building lasting systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads
- Oversee campaign performance across multiple brands and markets
- Collaborate closely with creative, CRO, and product teams to craft high-converting customer journeys
- Manage media buying, budget allocation, forecasting, and return on ad spend (ROAS) optimisation
- Test and implement new targeting strategies, ad formats, and funnel structures
- Lead a team of media buyers and performance analysts, providing guidance and mentorship
- Report directly to executive leadership on paid growth KPIs and key learnings
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years in paid media, with proven success scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands via Facebook & Google
- Strong command of customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, lifetime value (LTV), blended marketing expense ratio (MER), and attribution models
- Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and post-purchase analytics tools
- Excellent leadership skills – able to zoom in on numbers and zoom out on strategy
- Bonus: Experience working with DTC stacks such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Northbeam, or similar
