We are seeking a skilled digital media strategist to bring social strategies to life across various digital platforms. This part-time contract role is designed for someone who can take structured strategies and execute them effectively, creating engaging content that resonates with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media campaigns for client accounts and the company's own channels.
- Translate quarterly/monthly strategy documents into actionable content calendars.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts across multiple social media platforms.
- Repurpose video, interviews, transcripts, and photography into compelling short-form content.
- Draft social copy that adapts tone and message for different audiences.
- Track content performance and provide real-time insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and maintain brand consistency.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital strategy.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to pull stories and themes from raw materials.
- Demonstrated success creating content that performs well across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar software.
- Highly independent and proactive, able to take a strategy brief and run with it.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Interest in advocacy, storytelling, and mission-driven campaigns.
