About the role:
As a paid media practitioner you'll help to shape and then oversee delivery of work for clients. You will help to define the objectives of the work, and measure the success/impact, in line with overall campaign objectives and wider client-centric KPIs, actively managing the workload of the delivery team to enable this. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the team..
What you do?
- Using your paid media knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
- You'll effectively track and optimise campaigns.
- You'll develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes.
- You'll actively contribute to developing the Paid Media best-practice roadmap so that our offering is continually developing.
- You will act as a point of escalation for client teams, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time.
- You'll lead and mentor others across the team helping to grow capability and knowledge.
Who you are?
- Strong Paid Media delivery knowledge
- Demonstrable success in optimising paid media campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
- A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.

Como Especialista em paid media , você será responsável por planejar, coordenar e garantir a entrega de campanhas para nossos clientes.
Definirá objetivos claros, acompanhará resultados e medirá o impacto das ações, sempre alinhado(a) às metas da campanha e aos KPIs do cliente. Também será responsável por gerenciar a carga de trabalho da equipe, assegurando entregas de qualidade dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
Além disso, terá espaço para propor ideias inovadoras, aplicar nossa abordagem de test & learn e compartilhar aprendizados e cases de sucesso com todo o time.
Suas responsabilidades
- Planejar e executar campanhas de paid media de alta performance, dentro do orçamento e no prazo.
- Monitorar e otimizar continuamente as campanhas para maximizar resultados.
- Seguir e aprimorar processos e diretrizes internas.
- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento do nosso roadmap de melhores práticas em paid media.
- Atuar como ponto de referência para a equipe, garantindo a excelência das entregas.
- Liderar e orientar colegas, promovendo o crescimento técnico e estratégico do time.
