A leading specialist in precision interior fit-outs seeks an experienced Project Commercial Manager to lead high-value projects across various sectors.
- Lead commercial and contractual aspects of projects from inception to final account, protecting company interests and maximizing margins throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execute meticulous planning and execution for high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure strategic procurement and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent academic qualification.
- 12+ years of experience in construction project management, including 5+ years in high-end fitout projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management, as well as proficiency in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting. Delivering exceptional results is crucial in this role.
