Claims Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and engineering claims, with experience in managing complex cases and building relationships with insurance companies and regulators.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the handling of property and engineering claims, ensuring adequate compensation and advances for clients.
- Develop proactive strategies for resolving processes, ensuring timely and quality service to clients.
- Provide training to clients and internal stakeholders on claims management best practices.
- Ensure accurate data entry into our system for process management and quality control.
- Identify and share actionable insights and lessons learned through regular alerts to the technical team.
- Maintain close relationships with internal teams, including the relationship team and claims management.
- Support senior leaders in achieving performance targets and delivering key results.
Requirements:
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Completed higher education.
- Experience in property, engineering, and credit claims.
- Leadership experience in insurance, adjusters, and/or brokers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
