We are seeking a seasoned Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the financial planning and analysis group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial plans, controls, and reporting frameworks.
In this role, you will focus on:
- Preparing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with business objectives.
- Maintaining a robust system of internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and analyzing financial reports, dashboards, and metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and charting.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as SAP HANA or Oracle Financials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
