Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Professional to drive financial steering and contribute to the success of our business unit in Latin America.

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing financial management processes, including forecasting, planning, reporting, and targets/incentive plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability;
• Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes;
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and execute strategic plans;
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to leaders.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field;
• At least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience;
• Proven experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams;
• Thorough knowledge of financial statements and processes;
• High motivation, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Preferred Skills: MBA or Post Graduation, ERP systems (preferably SAP), PowerBI (or equivalent).
