Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the execution of global strategies in Brazil, collaborating with local managers and facilities representatives to drive results.
- Oversee facilities operations for Brazil's locations, interacting directly with suppliers while exploring innovation projects and service enhancements that boost employee satisfaction.
- Develop a Corporate Real Estate strategy to meet local business needs, optimizing resources through active participation in real estate projects.
- Ensure correct execution of Infrastructure guidelines, practices, and projects across Latin America South countries (Brazil, Chile, and Argentina).
- Support Facilities representatives in Chile and Argentina to implement regional strategies aligned with the global one.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration;
- MBA or Post-Graduation desirable;
- Proven experience as a Facilities leader in Multinational Companies;
- English proficiency required; Spanish desirable;
- Experience managing budgets and financial reports;
- People management experience, supervising 22 FTEs;
- SAP or Autocad knowledge desirable;
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
