Operations Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our facilities services across Brazil. As the main point of contact for local managers, facilities representatives, and team members, you will play a key role in promoting global strategies and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Corporate Real Estate strategies aligned with local business needs
  • Guarantee the correct execution of infrastructure guidelines, practices, and projects in Latin America South countries
  • Support regional Facilities representatives to implement strategies in alignment with global objectives

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Strong experience leading facilities areas at multinational companies
  • English is a must; Spanish is desirable
  • Experience managing budget and PNL
  • People management experience, supervising 22 FTEs
  • SAP or Autocad knowledge is desirable
