Drive Your Career in Product Management

Succeed as a key player in shaping our regional product portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our technology roadmap.

  • Create the foundation for our ACC business from scratch;
  • Lead the LATAM region with expertise;
  • Develop and implement regional product strategies aligned with our global technology objectives;
  • Analyze our portfolio using standardized processes;
  • Manage regional product portfolios, ensuring optimal complexity;
  • Oversee the product lifecycle by managing phase-in/phase-out processes;
  • Coordinate product launches in harmony with relevant stakeholders;
  • Support successful ramp-ups and site transfers;
  • Provide insights to Manufacturing and Purchasing on regional manufacturing and supply chain needs;
  • Optimize regional product profitability, drive COGs projects in line with Global Product and Technology Management;
  • Manage ad-hoc crises such as raw material shortages;
  • Promote market launches of new products and roll-out initiatives regionally;
  • Manage master data processes and ensure data integrity;
Your Skills:
  • Experience in Portfolio & Product management is essential;
  • Project management skills are a plus;
  • Cost management: monitoring and mitigation actions;
  • Strong prioritization abilities;
  • English is mandatory (Direct report to Germany), Spanish knowledge preferred;
  • Systematic thinking and problem-solving capabilities;
