Accounting Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to assume the role of Accounting Manager.

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage technical accounting expertise and advisory skills in guiding businesses through financial reporting and compliance challenges. Our ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international accounting frameworks, as well as experience in Big Four or global advisory firms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical accounting advisory services, including IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and complex transaction analysis. They will also assist in advisory engagements related to financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy implementations, while supporting CFOs, Controllers, and Finance teams with regulatory compliance, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.

Key qualifications for this role include 7+ years of experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, or external audit, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results. A CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification is required, along with bilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or English. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
