The goal of this position is to oversee Marketplace operations in Brazil.

Job Overview

This role requires someone with a big-picture perspective of customer, partner, and seller experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver results through extensive cross-functional integration with multiple internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address program requirements and improve sellers' and customers' experiences.
  • Lead and control profitability initiatives for sustainable growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience in program or project management, driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.

To be successful in this position, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
