Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and perform an end-to-end analysis of the business' risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement proactive risk and control measures to enhance the overall quality of the organization's control environment.
  • Collaborate with program teams to analyze data related to key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports as needed to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-7 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
