Job Title: Lead Fullstack Developer

ADP SBS division is seeking a highly skilled Lead Fullstack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our RUN product, a critical Human Capital Management solution for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test high-quality code for our web applications and backend microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers, to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and reviews, assess technical feasibility, and assist in defining solutions.
  • Conduct code walkthroughs and reviews with team members, and communicate progress and issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and internal architecture practices, principles, models, and standards, and train technical staff on new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, SQL Server, MongoDB, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Restful APIs, API test tools, unit test libraries, integration test libraries, and Git.
  • Experience with CI and CD pipelines, and a strong understanding of software development life cycles, unit testing, performance tuning, and database-level best practices.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to influence technical decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and to guide team members to deliver optimal client experiences.
