Job Position: Payments Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the smooth flow of payments between customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify accuracy of payment applications and review for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Process redemptions, verifying correct processing.
  • Manage receipt, processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices.
  • Compare system reports to account balances, verifying entries.
  • Investigate customer inquiries regarding billing statements.
  • Determine account status regarding resets, redemptions, and bonus declinations.
  • Analyze account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, or anomalies requiring investigation.
  • Assist other departments with payment-related queries.
  • Investigate discrepancies in the system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Payments Specialist.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or at least 2 years of college education.
  • Prior experience dealing with USA/European Gaming accounts is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. A self-provided office setup with a laptop, headset, and reliable internet connection is required, meeting the following specifications:

  • Intel i5 4th Gen (or higher) PC – self-provided.
  • Windows 10 or higher OS version.
  • Internet browser (preferably Chrome).
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Minimum 1 GB HDD Space.
  • USB Headset (noise-canceling).
  • Web Camera (for team meetings).
  • Internet: Ethernet/Hardline Connection, speed minimum of 10Mbps Upload & Download Internet speed required.
  • Backup Internet provider.
